Terms of carriage and passenger conditions

These conditions govern helicopter transport arranged for the Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Please read them before you book and carry them with you on the day of travel.

Every passenger must present valid government-issued photo identification at the departure helipad. Names on booking records must match identity documents exactly. Passengers whose identity cannot be verified will not be allowed to board.

Baggage allowances, weight balance restrictions, and health considerations apply to every flight. Carry only the items permitted in your confirmation, and tell the coordination team in advance about any medical needs.

Carriage is subject to the conditions of the operator on the day of flight. Schedules may change because of weather, air traffic, or safety directives, and the operator reserves the right to refuse carriage where safety requires it.
